What You’ll Do
As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our customer service team. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and care
Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) and adding certificate holders
Guiding clients through using our online client portal
Responding to client inquiries or directing them to the right team member
Following up with clients and prospects to support our relationship-driven approach
Conducting periodic account reviews to ensure clients are well-covered
Handling messages accurately with attention to detail
Providing administrative and operational support as needed
Maintaining courteous communication, especially when callers are on hold
Staying organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
Fluent in Lithuanian (required)
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic calculator use
Fast and accurate at typing and data entry
Excellent in both verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
Friendly, kind, ethical, and respectful—a true team player
Familiar with CRM tools like Infusionsoft or Turbo Dial (a plus!)
Experience & Training
No insurance experience? That’s okay! If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong work ethic, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to get you up to speed.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a bonus but not required.
