Endeavor Health is seeking a BC/BE eligible Family Medicine Physician in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, in our Schiller St location to join the team. • Experienced Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
• Board certified or eligible
• Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
• The interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the health care team in a compassionate and customer-oriented manner.
• Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for specialty area.
• The ability to perform effectively and efficiently under the pressure of stressful emergency situations.
• Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and to assist in covering vacancies when necessary.

• 2‑year salary guarantee from $222,000- $356,000. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.

• Certification:
  The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

• Development of clinical practice.
• A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
• Participation in weekend and weekday call.
• Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
