License or license eligible in the state of Illinois. Certification:
Board certified/eligible
Experience:
Completion of a breast or surgical oncology fellowship

Community based healthcare
Cardiac Catheter Lab available for emergent cardiac intervention
Residency training site for the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine Medical Students and Emergency Medicine Residency Program Residency training site for the Cook County Emergency Medicine Residency Program Residency training site for the North Shore University Health System Internal Medicine, Transitional, and Preliminary Residency Programs Patient rooms available in the ER (not at all Emergency Rooms)
Includes (4) Fast Track settings for minor injuries
Ultrasound Program Simulation Fellowship program
Compensation Range: $270,692 to $433,523
** As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent of a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes and quality performance
