Automotive Cashier Part-Time

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton's Elmhurst Acua/KIA, the Receptionist is critical to our customer’s experience. The receptionist is most responsible for answering phones and waiting on customers within the store.

• Answering phone calls and directing as necessary
• Waiting on customers inside the store
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Other duties as assigned by management

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
