As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain key performance drivers.
Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business planning.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial scenario analysis.
Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability.
Improve reporting processes through automation and streamlined workflows.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to strengthen reporting and decision-making.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
4-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, or a related discipline.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial statements.
