** Position Highlights:**
* ** Unique opportunity for an experienced PA or family practice NP or adult NP to provide weekend primary care in Elmhurst, IL.

Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
* Location:
Elmhurst, IL
* Part time or full time (if full time, hours would include weekdays also)
* Hours:
Saturday-Sunday
* Required Travel: none

* What you will need:

* ** Five years or more of experience in primary care required
*** APNs:
State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license
* PAs: current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
* Current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association.
