As Social Services Director you will prepare our residents for their future. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by ensuring their social and emotional needs are met during their stay, coordinating resident discharges and participating in resident care conferences. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will keep residents comfortable and safe.

To be considered, applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a similar field and two (2) years of experience in a Social Worker role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Preferable but not required is prior Social Services Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, a graduate degree in Social Work or a similar field, and five (5) years of related experience.
