TOPTAL CARE Inc is seeking a certified Sterile Processing Technician for a central sterile processing assignment in Elmhurst, Illinois. This overnight opportunity is perfect for detail-oriented technicians with demonstrated experience and a commitment to safety and infection control in a high-volume hospital setting.

• Collect, sort, and decontaminate used surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Operate decontamination and sterilization equipment safely and accurately.
• Assemble and wrap instrument trays for surgeries and procedures.
• Maintain meticulous records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage expiration dates for instrument stock.
• Ensure proper functioning of all sterilization equipment and report issues promptly.
• Comply with infection control and safety standards throughout the sterilization process.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CERTIFIED Sterile Processing Technician.
• Active certifications: BLS and CRCST or CSPDT.
• High attention to detail and critical‑thinking skills.
• Manual dexterity and comfort working overnight shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with infection control, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements.
