  Must be able to rotate shifts (5:30am-2:00pm and 11am-7:30pm)

What You Will Do

• Greets and directs patients
• Collects required patient information
• Answers phones
• Relays important information to nurses and other ancillary departments
• Performs general clerical duties which may include filing, photocopying, scanning or completing patient charges

What You Will Need

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or Equivalent or high school level of communication and/or math skills prior to hire
• Certification: N/A
• Experience:
  
  Customer Service, professional communication skills, basic computer experience and
• Unique or Preferred
  
  Skills:
  
  Medical terminology experience preferred.
