Compensation: Achieve $56,000–$72,000 per year with a strong base rate and monthly bonuses for hitting team goals

We're all about setting clear, achievable goals and rewarding our team when they meet them. Here's what our compensation package looks like:

• $24–$26 per hour based on experience
• Equivalent to $50,000–$54,000 annually

• Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses
• Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results

• $56,000–$63,000 annually for candidates with 1–3 years of management experience
• $66,000–$72,000 annually for experienced leaders (3–5+ years) who consistently hit performance goals
