Ray Graham Association seeks an experienced Residential Coordinator to provide operational leadership for our Community Living Resources residential program. The role oversees 10–12 homes, supervising Lead DSPs and coordinating with Residential Supervisors and QIDPs to deliver person-centered supports.
The ideal candidate will coach teams, ensure DHS and HCBS compliance, and promote meaningful outcomes for adults with IDs/AD. Travel between locations and on-call duties are expected.
