$32.00-$41.00/hr, depending on experience and preferred shift.
1st shift and 3rd shift available. Flexible schedules! 4-day workweek is available!
Machine TypeHaas Axis 3, 3+2 Milling MORI DMU 50 full 5 Axis.
DMG Mori 5 axis preferred; must have experience in low volume production with multiple set ups per day/week.
Software & Computer SkillsMaster
CAM, Epicor, Microsoft Office
ERP knowledge (Epicor is preferred), Microsoft Office
Essential Duties and Qualifications- Sets up (100% program prove out), operates, and troubleshoots Haas machines; must be able to do full set ups frequently in a low-volume production manufacturing environment
- Able to read and interpret programs and make edit to G & M codes
- CAM software knowledge is a plus
- Replaces tools, filters; adds coolant
- Proficient using gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, and other measuring tools
- Responsible for quality of each set up and production
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Proficient knowledge of GD&T
- Manufacturing experience working with in medical/aerospace industries preferred
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the work area at all times
- Helps reduce scrap, cost, time
- Maintains positive work environment
- Reliable, timely and consistent attendance
Required 2 years
Experience with Haas Milling machines (3 and 5 axis)
