Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (including 480V 3‑phase).
- Support installation, upgrades, and relocation of production equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and plant maintenance teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Apply TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies to drive efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Identify and implement system improvements to optimize automation and production performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and technical records.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all on‑site activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant certifications or technical degrees considered.
- 3+ years as a maintenance mechanic or field technician experience.
- Proven expertise in hydraulics—especially in plastic blow molding or injection molding environments.
- Exposure to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic drafting is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time to support multiple plant locations.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance practices.
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $115,000
