What you will do:

• As the Manager of Patient Care you will assume a pivotal role in the coordination and management of patient care services within the hospital. You will lead a dedicated team of nursing and support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the efficient operation of patient care units. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

What you will need:

• Education:
  
  BSN required; MSN preferred
• Certification: CPR and ACLS
• License: IL RN License
• Experience:
  
  5+ years Clinical nursing experience
