American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an IL RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.
Details- Night shift schedule, 36 hours/week on 12-hour shifts
- Weekend requirement of every third weekend, Saturday and Sunday nights
- Holiday coverage required
- No floating or on-call responsibilities
- Uses Epic EMR system
- Active IL RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience required, 5+ years preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- New graduates will not be considered for this position
- Resume, two references, skills checklist, and copies of certification and license verification required for consideration
- Orientation consists of 2-3 shifts (24-36 hours) with 12-16 hours of non-billable orientation
- Contract length is 8-12 weeks with possibility of extension
