This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Telemarketing Specialist based in Elmhurst, IL. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads by reaching out to potential customers and introducing the company’s services. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The role also includes communicating effectively with clients to promote and sell the company’s home‑improvement services.

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a strong ability to convert prospects into potential clients.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
