Overview

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Consultant to lead an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for achieving unit sales and profit margins while delighting every customer.

• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals following Napleton’s processes.
• Drive the business through high-level involvement in day-to-day operations.
• Manage the negotiation process ensuring customers understand vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraise vehicles for trade.
• Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

• Potential pay ranges in the $50,000-$120,000 range per year. Incentive-based pay drives income.
