Account Executive (Property and Casualty Insurance)

Are you a motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills in Russian, Lithuanian, or Ukrainian? You’ll play a key role in growing our Personal and Property book of business, using our proven sales process to build relationships with both warm leads and new prospects.

• Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance trends to provide top-notch service
• Collaborate with our team to meet and exceed company goals

• Proven sales experience with a history of lead generation and closing deals
• Active P&C Producer License (required)
• Exceptional multitasking and communication skills in Russian, Lithuanian, or Ukrainian
• Insurance or customer service experience is a plus
• Fluency in Russian, Lithuanian, or Ukrainian is a must
