Entrepreneurship Trainee – Sales & Marketing

We are hiring an Entrepreneurship Trainee – Sales & Marketing to serve as the face of our clients’ brands, connecting with customers, building relationships, and learning the skills necessary to grow into management and leadership roles.

This entry‑level position offers exposure to every aspect of marketing and sales. You’ll work directly with customers on behalf of our Wireless, Home Services, and Renewable Energy campaigns, while receiving full training in client acquisition, team leadership, and business development.

• Execute face‑to‑face sales and marketing strategies in retail environments.
• Drive sales while maintaining strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Promote and represent Wireless, Home Services, and Renewable Energy campaigns to new and existing customers.
• Identify prospective clients, qualify leads, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain current product knowledge and assist in peer training once eligible.
• Analyze competitors to provide customers with clear comparisons.
• Support a positive, high‑energy team culture focused on growth and advancement.

• Competitive, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Background in sports, hospitality, leadership, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into management.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 25+ pounds during events and retail operations.
