Inside Sales – Lead Manager

CWF Restoration is looking for a confident, motivated Lead Manager to join our growing real estate investment team specializing in wholesaling and fix-and-flip properties throughout Chicagoland.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by connecting with potential sellers and identifying opportunities.
• Set qualified appointments for our Acquisitions team.
• Build relationships with motivated sellers and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Manage leads in Salesforce, keeping records accurate and the sales pipeline organized.
• Drive results by meeting daily and weekly goals for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Support the acquisitions process by keeping sellers engaged from initial contact through closing.

• 1+ year of inside sales experience (phone sales, real estate, call center, or similar).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Organized, persistent, and confident handling objections.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems.
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
• No degree or real estate license required.

• Base Salary + Bonuses Per Closing | $70,000+ OTE
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.
