In this hands‑on role, you'll perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, troubleshoot complex issues, provide excellent customer service, and ensure every job meets our high standards for safety, efficiency, and quality.

$45.00 – $52.00 hourly + bonus opportunities.

Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Monday through Friday, 7:00 – 4:30 pm with minimal on‑call requirements.

• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, chillers, and air conditioning).
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, invoices, and work orders.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with company protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

• 5 years or more in commercial HVAC service required.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Refrigeration experience highly desired but not required.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in scheduling, work orders, and documentation.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency on every job.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Specialty experience in chillers or refrigeration is highly valued.
