Compensation
:
Earn commission based on experience and certifications. Commission rates range from $40 to $74 per session. New trainers can earn bonuses ($500–$1,000/month) in their first 3 months.

• Choose 5+ shifts per week (6 hours each), including at least one weekend shift.

• Manage the InBody machine, Fitness Desk, etc.
• Oversee the fitness floor.
• Greet members and get to know them.
• Perform outreach (email/calls) to build your client book using sales techniques.

• Bachelor’s in exercise physiology or related field.
• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification.
• 2+ years in a health club setting with proven sales experience.
• Must be or have been a Master and/or Elite level trainer.
• CPR and AED certification.

• Build your business through prospecting (calls, emails, social media).
• Manage your schedule and organize weekly appointments.
• Commit to full‑time work (30 h/week, including weekends).
• Drive results to help meet individual and department goals.
• Enhance the environment by keeping the fitness floor clean and safe.
• Engage new members and create personalized workout plans.
• Assist members on the fitness floor with exercises.
• Promote FFC programs by matching members to relevant offerings.
• Deliver quality training to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
• Stay sharp by keeping certifications up‑to‑date.
• Participate in community events and special projects.
• Maintain detailed client records.
