Salary based on experience. Position:
Full‑time.

• Operate the doctor’s office as a private independent practice while providing high‑quality optometric care and services to patients alongside an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica.
• Maintain complete professional autonomy; no company‑imposed restrictions, interference or quotas.

• Doctor of Optometry (DO) | Independent physician; qualified to practice optometry independently.

• Practice model: complete professional autonomy, no company‑imposed restrictions, interference or quotas; scope of practice predicated only on your professional direction.
• Schedule:
  
  flexible practice arrangements and schedules including part‑time commitments; option to add to an existing practice schedule.
• Equipment: furnished office and well‑equipped exam lane(s) included in your rent agreement; online appointment book and patient recall system.
• Initial investment: minimal financial risk or obligations for easy entry into your own practice.
• On‑boarding support: from your first exam you’ll have everything you need including brand‑supplied support.

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, complementing a first‑class total rewards package.
