Teacher's Aide

• Valid NY Teachers Assistant Certification required for Assistant roles
• Prior experience in preschool, school, or behavioral support environments for Aide roles
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
• Ability to follow classroom routines and collaborate with educational staff
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere

• Provide 1:1 support to students needing additional academic or behavioral assistance
• Support and reinforce lesson plans in collaboration with teaching staff
• Assist classroom management and student engagement
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive classroom atmosphere
• Adapt support strategies to meet individual student needs
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with school policies

This contract runs until June 2027 and requires onsite presence for 30 hours per week, offering consistency and engagement throughout the school year.
