Job Description
The position involves providing care for patients in a 24-bed unit with capabilities for 8 step-down patients. Candidates will be expected to perform medication administration, assessments, and care planning while adhering to a 7:1 patient-to-nurse ratio during the night shift. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.

• Engage in effective communication with team members and patients.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

• Execute tasks related to pushing, pulling, and lifting as part of patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid State License Verification.

• Current certification in MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB testing, Varicella, and Tdap.

• Driver's License or State .

• Completion of agency background check and drug screen.

• Resume and professional references required for application.
