Well Life Network is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and manage day‑to‑day clinic operations for our interdisciplinary mental and addiction care team. The candidate will lead team meetings, perform direct care services, supervise documentation and ensure compliance with OMH and OASAS regulations.

Position Summary

To provide clinical supervision to team members who are part of an interdisciplinary team of mental and addiction clinics.

Essential Accountabilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team members to assure effective and appropriate clinical services are being provided.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the clinic.
  • Provide direct care services by carrying caseload, performing intakes and facilitating individual and group sessions.
  • Assist in leading team meetings to review new, high‑risk and current cases.
  • Monitor paperwork to assure OMH and OASAS guidelines are being met.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Coordinate care with other services/agencies.
  • Complete timely documentation in electronic health record.
  • Maintain 42

    CFR, HIPAA and HIV confidentiality on all current and former patients of the agency.
  • Obtain and maintain certifications and required licenses.
  • Attend agency mandated trainings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Program Director.
Job Qualifications
  • LCSW, LMHC or LMSW, LMHC‑D with related master’s degree.
  • Candidate must have 3 years experience working in the field of mental health and substance abuse.
  • Must have knowledge of OMH and OASAS regulations.
