Freight/Receiving role at The Home Depot. The Freight/Receiving positions include stocking the store, loading and unloading trucks, moving material from the receiving area to the sales floor, and operating forklifts as needed. Direct customer interaction is frequently required, and excellent customer service skills are important. The Freight/Receiving positions may include Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate, and Receiving Support.
Basepay range
$20.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Responsibilities- Stock and stock the store to keep it ready for business each day.
- Load and unload trucks; move material from receiving to the selling floor.
- Operate forklifts where applicable and maintain proper on-hand inventory and pricing for customers.
- Provide direct customer service as needed.
