The Temporary Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales results. The role requires a hands‑on approach to clienteling, product knowledge, and store operations.
Sales Floor Responsibilities- Align daily actions with company objectives and store metrics.
- Build and maintain personalized relationships with customers, using Coach’s selling and service expectations.
- Present a polished appearance consistent with Coach’s Guide to Style.
- Provide in‑depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Cross‑sell and encourage product add‑ons that meet customer needs.
- Read customer cues to tailor the approach and address individual buying preferences.
- Follow up with customers to support purchase completion and relationship growth.
- Contribute to overall store financial results through adaptive selling techniques.
- Leverage Coach’s tools and technology to support clienteling.
- Promote teamwork and a collaborative store environment.
- Complete daily operational tasks—cleaning, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization—without compromising service quality.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor at all times.
- Recycle inventory on the sales floor as needed and support the stockroom supply chain.
- Assist with cash‑wrap for purchases, returns, exchanges, and Found Orders.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchase, return, exchange, and Found Order.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, asset protection, and cash‑wrap standards.

Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment; current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical: Cash register systems, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet, walkie talkie, and price sheet reading.
Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace, maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, lift up to 25 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb) for product shipments.
Schedule: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic periods.

CompensationBase Pay Range: $18.00–$22.00 hourly.
Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts. Additional incentive compensation may also be provided.
