By combining styling expertise, commercial confidence, and thoughtful follow-up, you will help guests feel understood, inspired, and ready to return to Belmont Park Village.

Own the quality of each personal shopping experience, ensuring every appointment is relevant, discreet and memorable.

• Understanding guest preferences and translating them into tailored styling, product and gifting recommendations
• Anticipating needs and introducing relevant brands, collections and seasonal opportunities
• Maintaining trust, discretion and culturally aware service throughout the guest journey

Build a trusted client portfolio that supports repeat visits, stronger engagement and long-term loyalty.

• Maintaining timely, relevant follow-up and aftercare
• Using guest insight to personalize future engagement and appointment planning
• Creating reasons for guests to return through proactive and authentic relationship management

Deliver individual commercial contribution through confident recommendations and disciplined clienteling.

• Identifying appropriate cross-selling and upselling opportunities without compromising guest trust
• Tracking personal client activity and sales contribution accurately
• Connecting guests with premium services and relevant Village experiences

Ensure appointments run smoothly through effective collaboration with brand partners and internal teams.

• Coordinating product access, availability and styling requirements with boutiques
• Keeping current on fashion trends, designers and seasonal collections
• Following appointment, service and operational standards consistently

• Taking ownership of appointment quality, follow-through and individual commercial contribution
• Collaborating openly with brand partners, Guest Services and Personal Shopping colleagues
• Sharing product, styling and guest insight that strengthens collective capability
• Actively building skills and adapting to new ways of working

• Guest satisfaction and quality of feedback from personal shopping appointments
• Individual sales contribution, conversion and guest spend against agreed goals
• Growth in repeat appointments and retained guest relationships
• Quality and relevance of styling, product and gifting recommendations
• Reliability of appointment coordination, follow-up and client records

• Personal shopping experience: 2–4 years’ experience in personal shopping, styling or luxury retail
• Fashion & styling expertise:
  Strong knowledge of fashion, styling, designers and seasonal trends
• Language capability:
  Fluent English and the local Village language; additional languages are an advantage
• Guest relationship management:
  Proven ability to build trusted relationships through discretion, empathy and relevant follow-up
• Commercial acumen:
  Ability to make confident recommendations that support conversion, cross-selling and guest value
• Communication & storytelling:
  Ability to bring products, brands and styling choices to life for diverse guests
• Organization & follow-through:
  Ability to coordinate appointments, product requirements and aftercare accurately
• Technology & digital fluency:
  Comfort working with digital tools, reporting platforms and emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions; expected to adopt new systems with confidence and contribute to a culture of digital curiosity
