Commercial Driver – Full Time

Join Auto Zone as a delivery driver and bring our WOW! customer service to commercial customers. No commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required, and you’ll use company‑provided vehicles.

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for seamless teamwork.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts, loading and unloading accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE (personal protective equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full‑time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
