What you earn- $1,700 to $2,000 average weekly gross
- $0.85 to $0.90 per mile
- $75 extra for each delivery inside the five boroughs
- $850 a week while you train

Dedicated round trips for one retail customer across New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. Day and night shifts. Weekends and holidays are worked on this account, and city driving is part of the job.
What new drivers ask us- “I have never driven in the city.” You learn the routes with a mentor before you go solo.
- “Does my CDL school count?” If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
- “Will orientation cost me money?” No. Your hotel is covered and your one way bus ticket is reimbursed.
A recruiter calls you and reviews your license and record first. Orientation takes no more than 2 days and pays $300 once you are hired. Then 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor, and after that your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average.
Who can apply- Class A CDL, 21 or older
- 120 hour CDL school certificate, or 6 months of recent experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no DUI/DWI in 10
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine)
