YourRole
- Build and expand a portfolio of business through prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building.
- Act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate packaging challenges with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal experts and our build team to deliver innovative, customer‑focused results.
- Guide customers through the process—from concept to final product—ensuring an outstanding experience every step of the way.
- A genuine passion for helping customers grow through partnership and collaboration.
- A track record of business development success and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
- Strong critical thinking skills and self‑starter mentality.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.
- Experience using CRM tools to lead accounts and pipeline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
