As a Jr. Estimator, you will be instrumental in supporting our project management team by preparing accurate cost estimates and assessing project requirements for our commercial projects. Your attention to detail, familiarity with commercial electrical systems, and eagerness to grow will be essential for success in this role.

• Prepare preliminary estimates by analyzing blueprints, project plans, and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers to understand the scope, budget, and timelines of each project
• Calculate costs for materials, labor, and time required for each project
• Assist in gathering and analyzing competitive bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain and update estimating databases for continuous improvement
• Work with the team to identify potential cost‑saving opportunities
• Regularly communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to clarify project details

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably within the electrical sector
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and commercial project requirements
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, and estimating tools (training available)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a commitment to meeting project deadlines
