Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Manufacturing Planner based in Elmwood Park, NJ. The Manufacturing Planner will oversee production planning, ensure alignment with operational goals, and support the efficient manufacturing of orthopedic products. Key responsibilities include developing production schedules, collaborating with team members to optimize workflows, and addressing any challenges to maintain on‑time delivery. The role requires exceptional organizational abilities and clear communication to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Planning to ensure efficient workflows and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in Operations Management with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and cross-team coordination
  • Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing environments
  • Highly organized with a detail‑oriented mindset
  • Experience in the orthopedic or medical device industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
