Lead Customer Service Representative

Overview

Lead Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time at Circle K. We are hiring for a Lead role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions
• Work with the food program as needed
• Lead shifts on a regular basis to gain entry-level management experience
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Work around the store (inside and out) in various areas to support store operations

• Selling products to customers
• Providing excellent customer care
• Clear communication and friendly conversation
• Working at a quick pace while having fun
• Team collaboration to achieve daily goals
• Thinking quickly and offering solutions
• Leading a team of employees; entry-level supervision

• Retail and customer service experience
• Entry-level management experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Hand/eye coordination for handling objects; may require climbing a ladder
