Join an exceptional opportunity as a Family Medicine Core Faculty member near ELOY, AZ. Collaborate with the residency program director and associate program director to pioneer an innovative training experience for future family medicine physicians, contributing to the program's foundational growth. Key Facts
About the Role:
Hospital-employed opportunity within a large, vibrant multispecialty group, focused on outpatient settings. Role distribution: 0.5 FTE Clinical Supervision of Residents in outpatient Family Medicine, 0.3 FTE Independent Practice (without Residents), and 0.2 FTE Dedicated Administrative Time. Engage actively in didactic and educational activities: conducting lectures, moderating journal clubs, and participating in research and orientation sessions. Encourage residents in scholarly activities, including publications and quality improvement projects.
Committee involvement, interviews of program candidates, and participation in social gatherings are integral parts of the role. Mentor residents by providing guidance, clinical training, and thorough feedback on their performance. Facilitate resident documentation and ensure adherence to appropriate billing practices.
Qualifications:
Physician must be board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine within the United States. New graduates are encouraged to apply, fostering an inclusive environment for emerging talents.
