Location: Arizona City
- Design and deliver standards-aligned instruction in core subjects (ELA, Math, Science Social Studies) tailored to both 4th and 5th grade students.
- Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans to meet a range of learning needs and styles.
- Create a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom culture that promotes student agency and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly; use data to inform instruction.
- Communicate Effectively with students, families, and colleagues to support student learning and development.
- Collaborate with grade-level and specialist teachers as needed.
- Participate in professional development and school meetings.
- Use Friday planning time effectively to prepare lessons, review student data, and coordinate with colleagues.

- Valid teaching credential for upper elementary grades (required or in progress)
- Strong Classroom management and instructional skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction for mixed-grade classrooms.
- Experience teaching combination classes (preferred)
- Strong skills using assessment data to guide instruction
- Experience working in schools with a 4-day instruction week.
- Current and valid IVP card required
