- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an OEM or Tier1 environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with CAD analysis.
- Strong technical background with expertise in root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with rework organization and execution.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with launch activities in a Start-Up environment is a plus.
- Experience with Exterior Trim or Interior Trim is desirable.
- Knowledge of IRA (Initial Rate Approval) processes is advantageous.
- Experience with CATIA/3
Dx software is a plus.
