• Maintain and update job registers with eligibility information forwarded by the case management team using the company's TRUST software, where applicable.
• Audit monthly service credit evaluations and inmate/resident job attendance records received from the supervisor for accuracy.
• Assure inmates/residents comply with the law, policy, and court recommendations when eligible for work programs or other placement programs assigned.
• Maintain and update job files and electronic records to track inmate/resident assignments, attendance, evaluations, and pay records.
• Review and investigate all requests for disciplinary and non-disciplinary dismissals, and make recommendations for appropriate approval in accordance with policy.

• High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required.
• One year of related experience is required, preferably in correctional counseling. Additional related education may be substituted for work experience on a year‑for‑year basis.
• A valid driver's license is required.
