Available on-site. Description/Other Details:
Seeking Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery PA/NP licensed in AZ only for a 3-month assignment starting from June 1, 2024. The assignment involves providing coverage at Tucson AZ, St. Mary???s, and St. Joseph???s hospitals, along with the Carondelet St. Mary???s Multispecialty office clinic. The provider will primarily handle outpatient and inpatient cases, with no admissions required. Temporary privileges are not available, and candidates must have an AZ license.
Certification in ACLS, BLS, and DEA is required. The provider will assist with rounding on weekends as needed, but no formal call schedule is in place.
Experience with Athena EMR for practice and Cerner EMR for hospital is preferred. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to contribute their expertise in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
