The Technical Shift Lead position performs highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and process to support the achievement of the plant’s business goals and objectives. Areas include but are not limited to;
Extrusion, Thermoforming, Maintenance, Warehouse, and General Operations.

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Equivalent experience may be substituted for an educational requirement where the associate demonstrates the necessary skills and capability. Experience in Plastics Thermoforming & Extrusion is preferred.
