Thomashuis Elst zoekt een betrokken begeleider die met aandacht, humor en hart voor de zorg het verschil maakt. Bij ons wonen 9 volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking in een kleinschalige woonvoorziening waar persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat.
Je ondersteunt bewoners in het dagelijks leven: begeleiding, verzorging, huishoudelijke taken en medicatie, met duidelijke structuur. Je werkt zelfstandig en in team, rijbewijs B is vereist, en onregelmatige diensten, weekenden en feestdagen zijn
