Part‑time Scheme Manager (24 hours per week) based in Ely, Northern England.

• Support residents by providing information to promote independence
• Complete mandatory compliance tasks and conduct health and safety checks
• Report and monitor repairs to conclusion
• Deliver high‑quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints
• Maintain accurate records about residents and the scheme
• Cover other schemes as and when required

• Some experience working with older people and understanding their individual needs or similar
• Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Full, valid driving licence (travel is a requirement)

• £16,905 per annum (rising to £17,428 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
