Position: Adaptive Class Teacher (Primary–KS4) June 2026 Temp, Potential Perm

Class Teachers – Full-time, temporary from June 2026 with potential for permanent appointment

The inspection report highlights a supportive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to engage positively with their education. These Class Teacher roles offer full-time opportunities starting in June 2026 for the remainder of the summer term, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. Teachers will work across mixed year groups, ranging from primary through to Key Stage 4, supporting pupils with diverse learning needs. These positions are ideal for adaptable and committed Class Teachers who enjoy variety, value inclusive practice, and are seeking longer-term progression.

Duties as Class Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging and well‑structured lessons across mixed year groups from primary to Key Stage 4
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ academic progress, behaviour, and personal development
  • Use assessment to monitor progress and inform teaching strategies
  • Differentiate learning to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum
  • Maintain clear routines and high expectations for behaviour and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and wider school teams
  • Contribute positively to whole‑setting practices and development
  • Uphold safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety responsibilities at all times
Ideal Class Teacher:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching across primary and or secondary age ranges
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, resilient, and adaptable teaching approach
  • Ability to engage and motivate pupils with diverse needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Open to temporary work with the potential for a permanent role
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
