• Deliver Welding and Engineering programmes to learners
• Teach practical workshop‑based and classroom sessions
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support students to achieve qualifications and industry standards
• Maintain a safe and compliant workshop environment
• Contribute to curriculum development and learner success

• Substantial welding experience (essential)
• Level 3 Engineering qualification or higher (essential)
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and workshop practice
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for teaching, training, and supporting learner development
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner welfare
