Randstad Education seeks a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in Ely and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to remove barriers to learning, using tools like PECS and Makaton while ensuring a safe, predictable environment.
You will collaborate with class teachers, SENCos and external therapists, contribute to EHCP goals, and support with de-escalation techniques; a DBS check is required.
