Practice Nurse

We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team and help deliver high-quality care in Ely.

• Conducting general nursing duties such as immunisations, wound care and health assessments.
• Chronic disease management e.g. diabetes, hypertension, asthma.
• Cervical screening and vaccinations.
• Supporting the clinical team with minor illness assessments.
• Health promotion and patient education.
• Maintaining accurate patient records in line with practice protocols.

• The ideal candidate will have a valid Nursing qualification and registration with the NMC. Previous experience in a GP practice or primary care setting is desirable, but not essential. A passion for patient care and an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A caring and compassionate approach to healthcare.
