Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading Housing Association based in Ely and surrounding area.
My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a long term, temporary contract.
- Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal.
- Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
- Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
- Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
- Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
- Support when no lone working is required.
- Carry out sharps sweeps.
- Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.
- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

As soon a candidates are available - Location:
Ely and Surrounding region - Duration: 6-8 weeks (could be extended)
- Hours:
40 hours per week Monday - Friday - Pay rate: £16.78 per hour umbrella
- Previous cleaning experience
- Must be able to get to the depot in CB6 for 8am
- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED
- Good communication skills
