iSQ Recruitment is working with a well-established, global manufacturer in Ely who are looking to add Manufacturing Operatives to their team due to continued growth.
 
This is a physical hands-on role within a busy production environment. You'll be trained to set up and operate precision machinery, working as part of a close-knit team to hit daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
 
We're looking for practical, reliable people who enjoy hands-on work, can problem-solve on the job, and take pride in doing things right. Full training is provided, with opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the business.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Setting up, operating, and checking machinery (full training provided)
Measuring, checking, and recording production data accurately
Updating job progress on the production system and completing paperwork
Learning new machines and processes through cross-training
Spotting issues early and helping to improve quality and efficiency  Benefits:

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production
Strong hands-on and mechanical skills
Ability to spot problems and fix them quickly
Reliable, positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Comfortable following processes and quality standards
