Hours: Monday to Thursday 2:35pm > 11:05pm & Fridays 1:05pm > 8:05pm

iSQ Recruitment is working with a well-established, global manufacturer in Ely who are looking to add Manufacturing Operatives to their team due to continued growth.

This is a physical hands-on role within a busy production environment. You'll be trained to set up and operate precision machinery, working as part of a close-knit team to hit daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

We're looking for practical, reliable people who enjoy hands-on work, can problem-solve on the job, and take pride in doing things right. Full training is provided, with opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and checking machinery (full training provided)
• Measuring, checking, and recording production data accurately
• Updating job progress on the production system and completing paperwork
• Learning new machines and processes through cross-training
• Spotting issues early and helping to improve quality and efficiency

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production
• Strong hands-on and mechanical skills
• Ability to spot problems and fix them quickly
• Reliable, positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Comfortable following processes and quality standards
